This again is not only good for stroke survivors but for everyone.

I noticed that since I started the journey of following this blog, my overall health has improved greatly.

I am gaining more knowledge and awareness of how effective breathing can improve our understanding of human wellbeing.

Well done and well worth it

I am recovering from stroke. I practice deep breathing as a tool to calm nervous system. After reading this, I can say I have symptoms of hyperventilation . Particularly experiencing panic and shallowness. I will apply the techniques recommended and will share experience here. Thank you for valuable information.
